The U210 plates are available in Shooter’s Cut designed for dynamic shooters. It allows better arm movement and weapon shouldering. The Large size fits the most common S/M/L plate carriers.

Special rifle threat protection

The U210 is neither a level III or IV plate but a so-called Special Rifle Threat Plate designed to protect against lighter rifle caliber rounds. It has been tested to stop several AR-15 and AKM light armor-penetrating rounds - which would punch through NIJ III plates - but not the M80 ball.
