Perfect size for my (I)FAK. It holds a CAT7 tourniquet, two 4" emergency bandages, a survival blanket, a nasopharyngeal airway, a waterproof pen (to write down the time, when tourniquet was applied), a QuickClot combat gauze. Will add two chest seals also and maybe small trauma shears, if it will fit. Quality is outstanding, like with all my Särmä products.

The size of this pouch is spot on for my Ifak items, i put in there : SOFTT Wide tourniquet, FistCare 4" Emergency bandage, NAR Hyfin Vent chest seal, 2 H&H compressed gauze, Sharmed survival blanket, Swat-T and a sharpie. Construction, design and quality are great (same for the other sarma products that I have). If I could make one suggestion it will be to sew 4 "loop tabs" inside so that the user could weave bungee cord to block the pouch half open once the zippers are open. This was also the first "used" product that I bought and apart from the missing product label I could not tell the difference with a new one !
Edit : the sarma TST medical and the perkele patches both fit together on the pouch velcro. Given the numerous meanings of this finish wonder-word, I deemed it extremely appropriate for my ifak pouch. :)
