Refund policy


Right of Return

  • You have a generous 100-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and packed securely for the return journey.

  • If you intend to return shoes, please try them on indoors. If you want to return underwear, please try them on over your own.

  • The right of return does not apply to:

    • food items

    • hygiene products if the packaging has been opened

    • customized or made-to-order products (e.g. name tags)

Exchanges

  • We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original product according to this policy.

How to Make a Return

  1. Log in to your customer account in our online store and submit a return request for your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Pack the items carefully and write your order number clearly and visibly on the outside of the parcel (big and bold with a marker works best).

Returns from the EU and the US

  • Returns are possible, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns from Other Countries

  • If you return from outside the EU or the US, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

Processing and Refunds

  • Returns are usually processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the parcel.

  • Refunds are always issued using the original payment method.

  • We refund the original shipping costs if you return the entire order or if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product). Shipping costs are not refunded for partial returns.

Complaints and Defective Products

If you receive a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service. In such cases, the return will of course be free of charge.
