Postnord MyPack Collect

A Postnord MyPack Collect shipment will usually arrive at the recipient’s selected pick-up point in the Nordics in 1–2 business days and in Europe in 2–6 business days. However, delivery times vary between regions.

When the shipment is available for collection, you will receive a notice by text message, email, or mobile app. Parcels are stored at pick-up points for at least 7 days (storage time varies from country to country). The arrival notification always contains information about the last day of collection.

Postnord MyPack Home

With Postnord’s MyPack Home, you can choose the date and time of delivery and state within which time intervals it is convenient to have the item delivered.

The day before the first possible delivery time, you receive a notification via SMS, email, or mobile app with a link to a page where delivery options can be selected.

GLS Euro Business Parcel

An international GLS parcel is delivered to your nearest DB Schenker pick-up

point, or in some countries, it is a door-to-door or home delivery.

Additional FlexDeliveryService (free of charge) allows the parcel recipient to amend the delivery of a shipment while it is in progress by changing the delivery time or address to redirect the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop.

The order is usually delivered to neighboring countries like Sweden or the Baltic countries in a standard delivery time of 1-3 business days. To more distant European countries, the international parcel dispatch usually takes 3-5 business days, and to remote areas, it takes up to 8 business days.

Posti Priority Parcel

International postal services’ delivery to a service point or the recipient’s doorstep. Deliveries to the Nordic countries within 3–5 days, and elsewhere in Europe within 2–7 days.

Our customer service will process large packages with a volume of more than 100 x 60 x 60 cm (approx. 40 x 24 x 24 in) and/or weighing over 20 kilos (approx. 44 lbs). These packages may be subject to additional fees and changes to the delivery terms.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information in the delivery notification message, after which the carrier company you have chosen will also send additional tracking information.

Restricted items

The following items cannot be sent abroad: Gun replicas, deactivated guns, gun parts, magazines, ballistic protection, deactivated grenades, batteries, gas containers, or aerosols. Please check possible customs regulations and country-specific restrictions before placing an order. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied.
