Description

A Vietnam War-era cargo shelf for carrying radios, Jerry cans, ammo boxes, beer cases, and anything heavy and cumbersome. If you like to collect such things, these are in very good condition. In case you want to use one but don’t have the original pack frame, a handy person makes it from scratch.

Features

The name found on the product is Packboard Cargo Attachment, but it is also known as a cargo shelf or rucksack shelf. These are clipped on the packboard frame, and then you can strap everything heavy and box-like onto it. It is worth noting that these don’t fit on the ALICE frame because the clip-on bits are too long. The frame is NOT included, just the shelf.

Condition

These shelves are in excellent condition, especially considering their age. Most likely these have never been used. However, they can have minor scratches, and the paint can be slightly worn off on the edges because of warehousing and transportation.
