Belts and Suspenders

Leather belts, canvas belts and suspenders and all you need to keep your pants up all in a same place. There are few things as timeless and simple as a black leather belt. Suitable for many kinds of users and pants, leather belts rarely look "off". Buying a cheap one isn't smart in the long run and hence our selection consists primarily of Finnish-made belts and army surplus belts. Either is a good and sustainable choice.

Leather belts made in Finland and other proper belts

Style guides tell us that the belt should match the shoes or boots. This is often very easy as you just combine black and black. A brown leather belt doesn't need to match the exact shade. A wide leather belt is usually more sturdy in case you're looking for a gun belt or tool belt. The most common width is 40–45 mm / 1.6"–1.8" but most cargo pants and jeans can be fitted with a belt up to 50 mm / 2" wide. Dress trousers and German Flecktarn-pants use a 30 mm / 1.2" width.
