The shirt is a base-layer shirt, but not of the see-thru kind, and can be worn casually as-is.

The leggings are also not see-thru. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more comfortable pair – with flat seams, gusseted crotch, and raised waist at the rear, these feel as good as they look.
