Charge X IR Max is a low-profile helmet light built around a strong IR emitter. The 862 nm emitter puts out 420 mW of power, and for visible light there are white and red LEDs. It's an updated version of the Charge X, and it sits closer to the helmet than the original.

The light is dual-fuel: it runs on one CR123 lithium battery or one AA battery, lithium or alkaline. So you can use whatever you happen to have in your kit. The flexible neck lets you point the light where you're working.

Run time is up to 30 hours depending on the mode. The light is waterproof to the IP68 standard and weighs 55 g / 1.9 oz.

Mounting options include ARCs, EXFIL rails, M-LOK, MOLLE/PALS, Picatinny, Above the Rail, headstrap, and hook-and-loop. Made in USA.
