Before the era of modern multi-tools, "Swiss Army Knives" made by Victorinox were the bee’s knees. Just ask MacGyver! And these things still work just as well as before – if you’re not ruined by modern times and prefer a good old red-sided pocket knife to some gadgets and ratchets slapped onto a pair of pliers, get a Victorinox Ranger!
The Victorinox Ranger is a medium-sized pocket knife with 21 functions (so there are some gadgets on this one also). The metal parts are martensitic stainless steel, and the plastics are Cellidor. The knife blades and tools do not lock in place.
This pocket knife measures at 91 x 26 x 23 mm / 3.6" x 1.0" x 0.9" and weighs 118 g / 4.2 ounces.
If you need a bit smaller pocket knife with a Phillips head screwdriver, check out the Victorinox Hiker M05!
