Patching worn clothes is admirable but can be a bit of a chore. Here's an easy and effective repair solution that does something you don't get with a thread and needle: weatherproofing and smooth looks!

When your trusty outdoor jacket or pair of pants develops a worn spot or an actual hole, you really don't want new ones but the damage bothers you. These Vaatelaastari (Finnish for "Garment Plasters") adhesive patches are an easy and neat solution to keep going: press and rub for a secure fix.

The patches are suitable for most fabrics and this isn't just resuscitation for a chronic problem. The patches are elastic, smooth, and weatherproof to maintain the functionality for many more adventures to come.

That's not all: the patched garment can be washed at 40 / 100 degrees and tumble-dried. Various fabric treatments and laundry chemicals e.g. softeners may reduce wash resistance.

The package contains a set of five patches in three different sizes as follows:

Sustainable production

The patches are made in Finland from recycled PET bottles with a coated paper liner. The bag is reusable sugarcane-based plastic and the carton is EU Ecolabel.
