A simple Ranger Green colored insert that turns (almost) any old double mag pouch into a quick and easy to use medical pouch. This insert is designed to fit double RK/AK magazine pouches and to carry the most basic first aid supplies. Also functions as an EDC medical organizer when carried in a backpack or bag. Pictured medical supplies are not included.
