The official name of this pouch is Improved MOLLE Medic System Bleed Pocket. This kinda Bleed Pouch/Bleeder Pouch carries the first aid kit that is designed to stop bleeding. It usually has a tourniquet, an emergency bandage, a chest seal, and hemostatic gauze/granules.
A very tough, high-quality zipper with an exemplary pull that you can operate easily no matter what kind of gloves you wear. A clear window for identifiers, content data, or whatever you want to store there. The pouch attaches to a pack, vest, or other hook-surfaced stuff.
Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP), which is the current US military camo, and not that often available.
