The must-have accessory of any 21st century military nut. A handy little thing for attaching any small gear or as a keyring, the GrimLoc can be hung from just about any strap or fastened onto a 25 mm (1") webbing strap, PALS webbing, or rucksacks. Silent and non-reflective. These are US milsurp, so also dirt cheap even though the condition is pretty much as good as new.
These are high quality Mil Spec stuff, tough enough for rough military use and abuse! The manufacturer isn’t given but these look pretty much identical to the new ITW Nexus GrimLocs that we sell. And considering that the product is their trademark, and the firm sells stuff to the US military, it is quite probable that we are talking about the same product.
These are very simple to use just like any karabiner. You can hang stuff directly from the loop or attach the GrimLoc on a 25 mm (1") webbing, which leaves the loop itself completely free. The device has a spring-operated locking device. GrimLoc is constructed to let water and sand pass through it, making it jam-free.
GrimLoc is a very versatile little bugger. Use it to hang gloves or other small items from your vest or pack. Attach straps a bit differently on e.g. PALS webbing. Or use it to fasten the hydration reservoir tube to the shoulder straps of your pack or your vest. Or hang all sorts of tactical gear from your belt and show the whole world how tacticool one can be.
Don’t use these for hammocks or climbing. It will bring death and misery because these aren’t designed for such use. You may be thin but you aren’t that thin.
US military surplus - possibly used, maybe not. These are in such a great condition that we strongly suspect the latter, or then they have simply been forgotten in the storage closet. They don’t have any scratches or other wear and tear.
