The Tacticum Plate Carrier is a very modular and quickly configurable plate carrier design based on the Finnish military issue M13 model.
Carrier only, armor plates and soft armor panels sold separately.
- Front, back and shoulders covered in PALS webbing.
- Compartments for 25 x 30 cm / 10" x 12" ballistic plates.
- Ventilated cummerbund with pockets for 15 x 15 cm / 6" x 6" ballistic plates.
- Height adjustment in the shoulders.
- Lots of elastic loops for securing hydration tubes, antennae etc.
- A flat little admin pouch inside the chest and upper back.
- Drag handle.
- Lots of loop for attaching patches etc.
- Cushioned shoulders and body side.
- Weight with IIIA level soft ballistic inserts 2,5 kg / 5.5 lbs, 1,74 kg / 3.8 lbs without.

Made by Sioen Ballistics
The Tacticum series of body armor was originally developed and produced by Verseidag Ballistic Protection (one of Finland's leading producers of ballistic equipment and a huge supplier of the Finnish defense forces). In 2017 Belgium based Sioen purchased Verseidag, the gear is still the same only under another name.

Excellent, high quality piece of equipment.
Panels are easily replaceable with velcro and zippers. Fits with the greatest ease of use and adjustments. Not so cumbersome and "in the way" of most actions. With the day-pack, it still stays balanced and tight to the body. Great buy and I highly recommend.

Pros:
- Super modular with removable zipper panels, extra pads, cumberband with room for 3 mags or 2 side plates
- Lightweight and breathable
- Shoulder strap adjustment is easy, just remove the included shoulder pads and adjust as necessary using the hook and loops
- MOLLE attachment points everywhere
- Cable and tube guides alongside the edge of the rig and shoulder pads
- Fits a 10x12 SAPI plate snugly and has an extra compartment next to the plate for 3A backers
Cons:
- Hook and loop points aren't exactly the grippiest and need to be pushed down to fully hook
- Price is definitely up there with other competing rigs
- Shoulder straps starting to wear if you wrap an elastic headlamp around the front plate bag
TL;DR: One of the best plate carriers I've ever bought and despite it's high price point it's absolutely worth the money and you won't ever have to get another.
