A tourniquet pouch with a protective flap. The tourniquet is secured in place with the elastic sides squeezing the pouch, and a hook & loop flap closes the whole thing together. The pouch has elastic loops on the sides for pens or chem lights. This TQ pouch also features a PALS and belt compatible attachment system – both vertical and horizontal.

Features
A tourniquet (or a bunch of them) is necessary gear for the modern soldier and to be carried at all times. When the going gets rough, you might also want to shield your TQs from loss, damage, and filth – this is where a tourniquet pouch comes in.
This pouch will take most tourniquets, including Tacmed SOF, CAT Gen 7, and SAM-XT. The pouch also features:

solid build, and the elastic loops on the side really are important since even tourn needs a marker to right down time of use. Plus pouch can double as a mag pouch for pistols so there's that.

I have half a dozen of these from another vendor. They’re the best TQ pouch that I have tried. The loop for a Sharpie is one of those “duh” ideas.
