Unused Nike jungle boots at a suspiciously cheap price, what’s the catch? No catch, except that we weren’t able to get a mega pile of these. So, grab a pair quickly before someone else gets ‘em all. These are awesome hot-weather tactical boots, very lightweight yet durable!
SFB is derived from Special Field Boots. These are an interesting hybrid of a light army boot and a hiking boot with some cool features from running shoes thrown in the mix. Yes, Nike jungle is Coyote Brown. Thus, these also work very well in the desert and other dry terrain. Combine these with our blue Tactical Jeans, and you’ll look tacticool in the city, too.
Subdued designer shoes without glaring logos; you can find the Nike Swoosh on the side of the sole, but it blends in quite nicely. In addition to the great looks, these also come with many neat tactical features. The 8-inch high canvas legs protect your ankles from hostile nature yet keep the boots very lightweight. The boots provide pretty good ankle support but, of course, not as much as stiff military/hiking boots.
There are water-drainage ports in the midsole, which increase breathability and ensure that water and sweat exit the boots quickly. This makes them definitely not waterproof, but make sure they dry fast, which is great in hot and humid surroundings.
The 0.44 Sticky Rubber outsole has an aggressive tread pattern with wide grooves that prevent the mud and other crap from clinging on. The boots feature sawtooth-patterned rubber reinforcement at the arch for adrenaline junkies that love dingle-dangling on ropes. Nike has utilized running shoe technology when designing these, making them quite comfortable when it comes to marching long distances. Furthermore, the sole has a reinforcement layer to offer added protection against sharp rocks and other pointy things found outdoors.
