Product description

Lightweight precision duty gloves to keep you in the game when the weather gets chilly – a fleece lining warms your hands, and a softshell outer prevents wind chill. A durable synthetic leather with touchscreen capabilities protects your palm in the field. Available in black (Covert).

These are a bit more dextrous to use compared to e.g. ColdWork FastFits. The downside is, of course, these are also not as warm. Find your perfect pair through your own field tests.

  • Wind-resistant stretch softshell keeps cold air out
  • Fleece lining for warmth and comfort
  • Touchscreen-friendly synthetic leather palm
  • Cuff design creates a secure fit while keeping out the elements
  • Nylon loops on the cuffs for storage and carry options
  • Hook and loop tab closure on the wrist
  • Color is "Covert", which means black
  • Machine-washable

Bought size M on another website. Fits perfectly. The touchscreen capabilities are very good, and the dexterity as well (ig, I can type text messages on a small phone like a Samsung galaxy S5 or manipulate a paperclip). The wind resistance is actually decent, it does nullify the the feelings of cold air up until winds of 70km/h (did not test them above). Used for a few weeks now. It is totally ineffective when slightly wet from handling a wet rope alone. It is ineffective at keeping your hands warm - rather the opposite. Grabing or resting on a cold surface with those won't stop the heat transfer. The fleece liner is very grossly stitched together to the point of directly impacting your dexterity - in fact the liner and outershell are barely 1mm thick. I've had better luck with police surplus leather gloves with a thin liner, minus touchscreen and dexterity. It fails at what it's designed for (for the keeping your hand warm part). Glove used in a late autumn weather with temps of 7 to 15°C.
