This is something truly special and only available from us! High-quality Finnish beef jerky marinated in the legendary Finnish fortified wine, Gambina. If you don’t know what Gambina is, you haven’t visited Finland enough times. It is sort of a delightfully quirky hobo version of a Negroni. An old classic first favored by professional boozers, but nowadays, it enjoys a cultlike following among rockstars, actors, university students, and us. Tasting notes
This jerky gives off aromas of dipsomania, with a whiff of a rock festival tent and skid row. However, on the palate, the flavor is refined and subtle, but you can detect nuances of rock n' roll decadence, enticing you into having another one. For wine pairing, we suggest Gambina, bottle-aged as long as it takes you to open the cap.
