Edge Tactical Arc Light ballistic glasses are a stylish and suitable choice for when you need ballistic protection for your eyes in a lightweight and low profile package. The Arc Light fit brings the glasses close to your face.
Thermoplastic rubber (TPR), or MEGOL, is a composite that becomes sticky when exposed to moisture (such as sweat). MEGOL details are strategically placed in the frames so they don’t slip around when you’re doing your thing. You’ll find these details on the nose pieces and/or temple tips of the frames.
Developed by the U.S. Air Force in the 1930s, this lens transmits green and yellow light (wavelengths more easily perceived by humans) for optimal color differentiation. This reduces eye strain and helps in detecting environmental details. These work best when it is very sunny.

The classic choice for safety glasses. Clear and distortion-free lenses work best indoors or in low-light conditions.

First of all, these lenses filter some blue light, reducing eye strain – these lenses also enhance depth perception, contrast, and color definition. Secondly, as the name implies, these lenses protect your eyes from (green) laser pointers such as weapon mounted lasers or other laser devices. However, it is not advisable to do any laser experiments at home or be stupid in some other way.

Vapor Shield is a permanent anti-fog coating with impressive claims. Based on our own tests, there is some merit to these claims. In lab conditions, the lenses passed the following tests without fogging:
