Tally ho, lads! Blimey, how spiffy dark blue dress trousers from the Shangri La of menswear. Designed for the Andrew of all branches, where sartorial elegance is highly valued. Put these on, go gallivanting to the Wardrobe, and quaff a few Martinis shaken, not stirred.
"Rule Britannia, Britannia, rule the waves!" The official name of these is "Trousers, Man’s, Royal Navy No.3 Dress, Navy Blue". NSN: code 8405-99-333-8040. In other words, these are the leg coverings the navy chaps don when the day is festive and a brass band plays Heart of Oak. Perfectly splendid for smart civvy pants, too. Use at more formal occasions when you’re not in Britain or at the office, at the pub, or when entertaining guests at your home. Even the landlubber butt will look mighty fine in these.
These pants have belt loops that nicely fit a 35 mm belt (1.38"). You can also squeeze in a 40 mm (1.57") belt but not very elegantly. They have open front pockets and one back pocket with a button closure. Zipper closure at the front.
Royal Navy surplus from Great Britain. These are in excellent condition. Most likely not seen that many parades. Clean and intact. Ironing is probably needed though because they have been stored in bundles in the warehouse.
