ChitoSAM™ 100 is a hemostatic dressing made from non-woven chitosan derived from crustacean shells. It is intended for the control of severe bleeding and works independently of the body's normal clotting processes.

The dressing is made from 100% chitosan and features a soft Z-fold configuration designed for rapid and controlled application. The package can be opened from any side to allow quick access to the dressing.
