Our sock provider Sukkamestarit has joined the NATIVA™system, the purpose of which is to be able to trace the merino wool back to individual sheep farms. Because of this, you will also be able to find out where the wool for all our merino wool Särmä socks comes from.

From August 2020, the packages of new Särmä socks got a QR code that you can use to trace the source of the merino wool.

Wash and care

Machine wash at 40° C / 104° F when needed. Wool cycle. Air dry. Because of the wool content, these need one wash cycle before they fit perfectly. If you hang them to air after use, they usually don't need much washing. The sock will shrink about 10% in the first wash. This is taken into account in the sizing.
