Measurements

The "S-M", "M-L" and "L-XL" sizing should be considered a rough guideline! The S-M pad is 70 cm (27.5") long, the M-L pad is 80 cm (31.5") long and the L-XL pad is 95 cm (37.5") long. They work best with a 15-30 cm (6-12") gap between the pad ends at the front.

To find your size

  1. Get dressed as you would be when using your padded belt, pant belt and all.
  2. Measure your circumference at the height where you want to wear your padded belt, which is most commonly just above your hips.
  3. If the measurement is 100 cm (40"), an S-M pad would leave a full 30 cm (12") gap at the front, while an M-L would leave a 20 cm (8") gap. In this case, we recommend going with the M-L.

A slim belt pad for common 45-50 mm (1.75"-2") wide belts. Low-profile and padded enough to comfortably carry relatively light loads. It has a friction lining to prevent unwanted sliding around.

This is as simple as a belt pad can be, and it works with pretty much any belt that fits through the loops. The flat belt loops, made from a 25 mm (1") webbing, are 60 mm (2.4") wide. Since the loops have a 25 mm (1") spacing, they can also be used to attach PALS-compatible pouches horizontally.

The padding consists of two layers of 4 mm (0.16") thick dense closed-cell foam. The body side is made from a rubberized friction fabric, which keeps the padded belt from sliding up and down and all around.
