The short answer is no, but for added security, the inside has a multi-layer EcoCare coating to completely separate your drink from the metal. It's safe for the purpose and durable as well. The bottle is sealed and leakproof even when upside down, and it's rated for carbonized drinks, acidic juices, milk...
