Description

The USMC FROG XGO Flame Resistant Silkweight Base Layer Shirt is an original U.S. Marine Corps issue next-to-skin layer designed for military personnel operating in demanding environments. Manufactured in the USA by Peckham for XGO, it is part of the USMC FROG (Flame Resistant Organizational Gear) clothing system.

Made from a lightweight 78% modacrylic / 22% flame-resistant rayon blend, the shirt provides excellent moisture management, dries quickly, and offers inherent flame resistance without melting or dripping when exposed to flash fire. The silkweight construction makes it ideal as a first layer under combat uniforms, body armor, or cold weather clothing systems.
