Spiritus Systems The Medical Sleigh Pouch Insert

A customizable IFAK organizer that gives you more flexibility when kitting out IFAKs. It is designed to hold the contents of the Spiritus Systems Refuel Kit but can accommodate a wide range of IFAK components in various loadout configurations. 

The system consists of two laser-cut grid boards mounted on an elastic panel that can be rolled up and secured into a compact package. The grid panels come with shock cord and cord locks, as well as barbed elastic strips, allowing you to create different-sized horizontal and vertical loops, which provide numerous setup options.

The pull handle can also be oriented in a vertical or horizontal configuration. Thus, the system will function with various pouch types and sizes. 

The Sleigh makes an ideal companion to the Spiritus Systems Medium GP Pouch. However, because the system is elastic, it can expand and contract to accommodate pouches of various sizes.  It also fits in their Sub Abdominal Pouches.
