Measurements

These have a very snug fit. If you like more freedom for your fingers, go with one size bigger than you normally wear. With winter gloves, it is usually also recommended.

Technical details and instructions

Materials

The palm and side of the fingers are made from 100% Durahide, which is a brand name for a bonded leather-like product made from leather scraps glued onto polyurethane and cotton layers. The back and the back of the thumb are made from tough C6-treated WR heavy-duty cotton canvas, and the cuff is 100% Nylon. The Sherpa lining and the 100 g Thinsulate interlining are made from 100% polyester.

Water-repellent, lightly padded, and timelessly black.

Combining functionality and heat is always a compromise. Big thick mittens keep your fingers warm but prevent you from doing anything, and skin-tight precision gloves allow all the ninja tricks but with frozen fingers. These fall nicely in between. Quite a warm insulation, yet fairly dextrous fingers.

Thanks to the tough high-quality materials, ColdWork™ Canvas Utility stands up to both abrasion hazards and cold weather environments. These gloves provide CE Level 4-rated abrasion resistance so you can handle rough materials and operate heavy power tools in winter.

Because of the insulation, the fingers are fairly thick, so they’re not ideal for shooting or other tasks that require very fine motorics. However, using machinery, construction, and various other outdoor tasks in winter goes very well.
