Description

The HE509T is an enclosed reflex optical sight designed for pistol applications. Robust construction for reliable operation in rough environments. Comes with an RMR adapter plate.

There are more lightweight reflex sights than the HE509T but there's something to be said about a completely enclosed and robust unit when you are looking for a sight to mount on the slide of a handgun. This design does not allow a drop of water on the LED to mess up your reticle and retains a reasonable weight thanks to the titanium housing.

Please note! The included RMR adapter plate is not compatible with ZEV or Shadow Systems style RMR interfaces.

The battery life is exceptionally long at 50,000 hours on a medium brightness setting. Replacing the battery does not require removal of the sight and re-zeroing. The sight also has a solar failsafe to keep running even if the battery fails.

The HE509 has a 23 x 17 mm (0.9" x 0.66") multi-coated window and a choice of reticles: 2 MOA dot only, 32 MOA circle with the dot, or the circle only. The reticle has 10 brightness settings to adjust for any lighting conditions and 2 additional settings for NVG use.

Shake Awake: When the sight sits still for 8 hours (programmable between 0-12 hours), the sight goes to sleep mode and wakes automatically when picked up.
