Not sure about the correct length for your shoes? Here are some basic guidelines:

• 80 cm / 31.5" fits most low shoes (3-5 eyelets)
• 140 cm / 55" fits most ankle boots (6-8 eyelets)
• 180 cm / 71" fits most standard combat boots (8-10 eyelets)
• 220 cm fits / 86.5" most hi-leg combat boots (more than 10 eyelets)

Also, these can easily be shortened by just cutting them and burning the ends shut, or tying a knot there.
