Collapsible, lightweight, and rechargeable outdoor lantern for your backyard and the backcountry. Perfect in the camp, in your tent, at your boat, cottage, or at home during blackouts. Bright 300 lm light that’s still easy on the eyes. Dimmable white and red modes plus several hanging and spotlight options. The globe can be removed to swap the diffused glow to a direct spotlight.
This light is designed for area illumination, and it disperses light in a 360-degree pattern to light up a campsite or whatever you want to be illuminated. It has a Maxbright LED, which is the highest quality LED Princeton Tec offers plus two Ultrabright LEDs. To avoid confusion, Max is more than Ultra and requires to be yelled louder. The single LED emits a smooth, powerful, white light. Dimmable LEDs provide the precise output needed for a given task and help conserve battery power for maximum efficiency.
Mode | Lumens | Runtime |
---|---|---|
White LED high | 300 | 6 h |
White LED low | 12 | 110 h |
Red LED high | 10 | 16 h |
Red LED low | 1 | 200 h |
Lights rated IPX6 have a high level of water resistance. They can take quick dunkings, heavy rain, and even a strong spray of water. The lanterns aren’t that practical at water gun fights or riots but for crappy weather camping quite appropriate. If water enters the housing of the light, please remove the batteries and dry everything out.
The lantern is controlled by the touch of your finger: swiped to the left/right. Powered by a rechargeable power source, these lights allow you to plug either the light itself or an included rechargeable battery in to refuel. Rechargeable batteries cut down on cost and waste. The Glow-in-the-dark globe and folding legs help the light to shine over a wide area and pack down to fit easily in hand.
