A peculiar medipack full of first aid supplies. We don’t know who made these kits or to whom they were intended to go, but at least they didn’t make it there. Some sort of surplus nevertheless albeit unused, so not sold for medical use. But they are excellent for training purposes, military larping, and films.
We got these pouches with a US military surplus shipment, but these are definitely not US surplus because there are no NSN numbers, manufacturer names, or any other identifiers either on the pouches. Judging by the individual supplies, this is most likely a modern copy for the civilian market that for some reason or another never ended up where intended.
The IFAK pouch is full of first aid supplies. We cannot open all of these to verify the contents, so let’s just say that the contents may vary to some extent. The supplies are packed in a plastic bag and also individually packed. Below you’ll find the contents of the IFAK found in the pics:
The medical supply bag is stuffed inside a rip-off IFAK pouch that comes with a PALS mount and an SR buckle for secure retention. You’ll also find PALS webbing on the front panel for attaching more awesome stuff plus loop for patches. A patch with a red cross on a black background might also be included. However, we cannot guarantee that all of these will have that.
Inside the pouch, you’ll find a separate zippered mesh compartment, flat open compartments, and elastic bands for the first aid supplies. There is also a water grommet at the bottom. The outer measurements when full are c. 20 x 16 x 9 cm (8" x 6.5" x 3.5"). The pouch in pics weighs c. 670 g. The weight can vary a tad but probably not much.
Unused stranger in a strange land surplus of some special kind. All items are individually packed and unopened. And at least some had best-before dates of 2026, so these aren’t decades old. However, since this is still surplus stuff and the dates may vary, we won’t sell these for actual medical use.
