From the well-known Buff, famous for their tube scarves, you can now get thin beanies designed to fit under a helmet! These beanies are reversible – one side features an M05 pattern, and the other has a darker look. You can wear it in the woods with the camo pattern on and then flip it when you pop into the store for some recovery drinks, and no one will know you have gone cuckoo with the war stuff.
Buff's tube scarves are familiar to many, and now there's a simple beanie available in the same militant colors. Options include the M05 woodland camo, winter camo, and snow camo patterns. The camo pattern gradually transitions to dark as you approach the edge of the beanie. The reverse side is all dark. If you plan to use the dark side, you can carefully cut or rip off the washing label.
When at rest and flat, the beanie is 23 cm / 9" wide (so the head circumference is about 46 cm / 18") and 21 cm / 8.3" tall. The beanie is elastic and stretches to fit any head. Even on a larger head, the beanie covers the whole ear. There are sewn seams only on the top of the beanie, so there shouldn't be any rubbing against the ears, forehead, or other parts of the scalp under the helmet.
You can use the beanie whenever the weather requires it. Considering sunny weather, it has a UPF50 sun protection factor.
These are made in Barcelona, Catalonia.
