Use

The toe warmers react with oxygen, so they are activated once you open the package.
They reach the temperature of 40°C (104°F) in c. 15 minutes. They are self-adhesive, and they can be attached to the bottom of socks or against the insoles of shoes. They maintain the temperature for up to 8 hours and keep your toes warm the whole day.

Store the unused toe warmers unopened in a dry and cool place. They don’t contain any hazardous ingredients. After they have cooled down, you can dispose of them in regular mixed waste.
