Technical details and instructions

60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester. Wash at 40°C / 104°F. Tumble drying is not recommended, and it's advisable to stay off the bleach when dealing with a colored shirt. According to the care label, you could iron it at level two, but maybe not. "Wash with similar colors" is also mentioned.
