USMC IFAK Pouch, Surplus

Original USMC IFAK pouch for carrying first aid supplies on MOLLE/PALS-compatible gear. This is the pouch only, not a complete first aid kit.

The pouch opens fully with a zipper and has internal elastic loops and compartments for organizing medical supplies. The rear side has MOLLE attachment straps for mounting on a vest, belt, pack, or other compatible load-bearing equipment. NSN: 8465-01-633-4305.
