The dual seal is very precise and may require getting used to. The feedback of getting a proper seal is not audible so start at either end, align the tracks carefully, and trust your fingers.

Returns: We offer a 100-day return window. Returns in Finland are free. For EU countriess & USA, return shipping costs (7,99 EUR/79 SEK/15.99 USD) will be deducted from your refund. For returns from outside of EU and USA, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return postage. Some items (food, opened hygiene products, made-to-order/personalised items) can't be returned.
