Even after the bag is opened, these are good to eat until the expiration date, which is a bit less than a year from the manufacturing date. Store the jerky in dry conditions, bag closed, and out of direct sunlight.

Flavor Options

Original

The "bog-standard" jerky. Not too spicy, with a nice mild beefy taste.

Ingredients: gluten-free soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, syrup, beef.

Mild Habanero

The Habanero variety. If you aren't into getting your mouth burnt, fear not! This isn't overly hot, it just has a bit of a kick, no need to be scared.

Ingredients: gluten-free soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, syrup, beef, Habanero seasoning. Heavily salted. Gluten-free.

Hot Naga

This, however, isn't to be trifled with. The Naga Jolokia chili delivers its punch in the aftertaste. If you like it hot, this is for you. If not... well, you won't die if you try it.

Ingredients: gluten-free soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, syrup, beef, Naga Jolokia seasoning. Heavily salted. Gluten-free.

Smoked

Just like the Original variety, but smoked for 12 hours after drying. Yes, smoked for real, doesn't contain artificial smoke flavors.

Garlic

Lots of garlic, tasty as hell. Coated with dried garlic flakes. This has a very soft flavor but you will taste the garlic for a long time.

Teriyaki

Ingredients: beef,  gluten-free soy sauce (water, Soy protein hydrolysate, salt), syrup, garlic, black pepper, onion, ginger, vinegar. Heavily salted. Gluten-free.
