Use

The foot warmers react with oxygen, so they are activated once you open the package.
They reach the temperature of 40°C (104°F) in c. 15 minutes. The insoles are self-adhesive and are attached to the outside of the sock under the foot. Thus, you don’t have to spend time trying to dig them out from the boot. Never place the insole on bare skin. They maintain the temperature for up to 8 hours and keep your feet warm the whole day.

Store the unused insoles unopened in a dry and cool place. They don’t contain any hazardous ingredients (just iron powder, activated charcoal, vermiculite, sodium chloride, and water). After the foot warmers have cooled down, you can dispose of them in the regular mixed waste.
