What if you or someone else makes a big bloody mistake and you are the adult in this situation? And even worse – you are alone somewhere and no help is coming any time soon?

Your chances of survival will skyrocket when you have skills and first aid gear with you whenever you wander out for some alone time.

Go and learn basic first aid – how to use a tourniquet, a pressure bandage, and a rescue blanket – and why these three go together in a basic IFAK (individual first aid kit). Once you've trained to use them correctly, carry them with you, and you might save a life one day – your own or someone else's.

Products included in the bundle

• Varusteleka IFAK Pouch – carry your items in this.
• Varusteleka SHITFAK First Aid Kit – open the plastic wrapping, place the items inside the IFAK pouch and secure them with bungee cord.
• CVN Trauma Shears, 18 cm – sometimes getting to the wound is faster by cutting through the clothes. These also cut seat belts if need be.
• This medium-sized bundle also has an extra CVN TQ Gen 2 Tourniquet for treating multiple wounds or people. The most convenient way to carry it is on your belt or outside your backpack in a Särmä TST Tourniquet Pouch (also included).
