The US Coast Guard’s non-reversible personal floatation device Type V. Nice subtle green color for folks who don’t want to stand out too much. Unused new old stock. No CE marking, so in Europe, these formerly-known-as-life-vests can only be sold for collecting, sex toys, etc.

A very sturdy life vest made for the US Coast Guard. These were manufactured by Stearns, a trusted American name in safety and survival products. This is the Adult size for people weighing more than 41 kg (90 lbs) and taller than 150 cm (4' 11.1").

No CE marking

These PFDs have been approved for use by the US Coast Guard on all their vessels. However, because they were not made for the European market, they don’t have a CE marking. Therefore, they cannot be sold as life vests in Europe. So, we sell them for collecting or sexy sailor outfits, eccentric Halloween costumes, and cosplay. If you take them into water in Europe, it may result in a rift in the space-time continuum.

Condition

Unissued US Coast Guard surplus. These have not seen any action but have been stored for quite a long time without plastics or other packaging. Thus, there might be some warehouse dust on them, but otherwise, they are in excellent condition.
