Technical details and instructions

Dimensions approx. 240 x 160 x 15 mm / (9.5" x 6.5" x 0.5"), weight 55 g / 20 oz. The added protection from the double layer construction, with the outer being heavier and stiffer and the inner softer, really makes up for the little weight gained from stuffing these into your pants!
