Measurements

Below, you’ll find the measurements of different variations. Choose a suitable cover for your pack based on them.

Small (10-20 L)

Max 20-liter (1,220 in3) volume. The smallest one of our backpack covers. Designed to fit small day packs without a too much of additional side pockets or gear lashed onto the outside. Flat measurements 70 x 85 cm (27" x 33").

Medium (30-50 L)

Max 50-liter (3,050 in3) volume. The mid-sized backpack cover for common 3-day packs or a bit larger ones. Flat measurements 96 x 110 cm (38" x 43").

Large (60-80 L)

Max 80-liter (4,880 in3) volume. This is good for large packs without overpacking and/or additional gear attached on the outside. Flat measurements 108 x 136 cm (43" x 54").

X-Large (90-110 L)

Max 110 liter (6,710 in3) volume. The largest size, designed to fit over huge, overpacked packs with all kinds of additional pouches and gear attached to the outside. Flat measurements 124 x 168 cm (49" x 66").

Technical details and instructions

Materials

100% ripstop-reinforced polyamide (weight 80g/m2), PU-coated on the inside. The PFC-free C0 DWR treatment makes the fabric more water and dirt-resistant. We stabbed and tried to rip the fabric, the ripstop is what it is supposed to be.

Waterproof rating (hydrostatic head) at least 10,000 mm, so the cover will keep the water outside even in heavy rain. Note that water didn’t start getting through at this mark; the test was simply stopped there. So, this is the minimum; the maximum isn’t known.
