Technical details and instructions

Materials

Made from 100% mulesing-free merino wool. The fabric weight: Black 440 g/m2 /13 oz/yd2), Green 490 g/m2 (14.5 oz/yd2), Navy 490 g/m2 (14.5 oz/yd2). 19.5 micron.

Care

Wool wash at 30 degrees Celsius (86 F) with a wool-specific detergent. Don't leave it in a wet lump; reshape it gently while still damp. Wool care products are not mandatory but recommended. All of our Merino wool products are mulesing-free!

Note! Different wools and knitting styles have variable resistance shrinkage and felting. Don't fill the machine all the way when washing wool, or the weight of the other garments could rub the wool too hard, resulting in felting.

Quality merino wool

Wool is super. Merino wool is even better; it does not itch, it insulates and regulates temperature better, and gathers even less nasty smells (and most smells vanish with simply airing out the garment). Of course the catch is a bit higher price tag, but it is truly worth it.
