Our L4 Field Pants were designed for pure functionality. Smart materials, a relaxed fit, and clever details make them what a pair of field pants should be: comfortable and utilitarian. 

Built for action

The relaxed fit, diamond-gusset crotch, and generously articulated knees give you unrestricted leg movement needed in demanding military and outdoor use. The fabric has some elastane, which makes it slightly stretchy and further enhances mobility. The removable 40 mm (1.6") elastic waist adjustment band is also more comfortable than the 25 mm (1") one featured in most pants.

Durable and easily field-repaired

The L4 Field Pants are wear-resistant, easy to care for, and, when needed, easily repaired. All this you learn to value when you’re out in the badlands for extended periods. The materials are simple but functional. All buttons are very durable slotted "Canadian style" buttons, and you can easily replace wear-prone details, such as hook-and-loop fasteners, if needed. The pocket buttons have been covered to prevent snagging. 

Made for year-round use

These are made for year-round use, even in areas with proper winters. The relaxed fit gives you room for warm underwear and mid-layers, an important detail for anyone living in the North or in areas where temperatures drop enough. 

Four roomy pockets

In addition to the common slash side pockets, the L4 Field Pants also have two large button-flap cargo pockets with hook-and-loop tabs.
