Sold as single pieces! Depending on what pouch you want to attach you'll need one, two, or more belt loops.
- Short: attaches onto two PALS rows
- Long: attaches onto three PALS rows
- Installed by weaving through your pouches PALS webbing

It is tough material despite it being supple, it looks like a thin synthetic leather lightweight MALICE clip type of deal.
The thing just isn't working for me : I bought it to attach a "sunglasses pouch" to a pack, and despite the weaving it just sags. I guess I shoulda bought a long one.
