An upright utility pouch to carry a thermal jacket or rain poncho for example. Mount it on your vest, backpack, or anything!

Two-way zipper closure, PALS webbing on the front and drain grommets in the bottom. No internal pockets or loops: put your small items in another pouch. The size in simple terms is three 12 oz. beer cans stacked on their side.

In case the zipper plastic tabs have become frail, the metal parts are still intact and offer a perfect base for Paracord ornaments.
