Product description

This army camo net is great for hiding a small tent or cover your balcony to conceal your private activities from nosy neighbours. Variable sizes available in limited numbers! You'll recognize a good quality camouflage net when you get it in your hands; this is just that.

The constuction is typical and field-proven: strings are used to form a web of 7 cm (~3") squares and ragged synthetic material is attached to it. One side is green and the other is brown on a green background, some parts are entirely brown.

Doesn't fray when cut, so this also lends itself into your specialized camouflaging projects. Nets are also easy to attach to each other if bigger coverage is needed.

Because it's military surplus, we believe NIR and flame-retarding properties to be in order.

AAAAARGH!!! This product triggered vehicle camming nightmares! Specially designed to catch on everything when you're putting it up: buttons on your clothing, your webbing equipment, vehicle fittings, tree branches, the lot. If you were an old sweat you rolled it up and lashed it to the roof of your truck or AFV, so you could just unroll it over the front, back and sides. Used on its own it just makes your vehicle look like - a vehicle with a frizzy perm, so you also need Hessian sheets for around the bottom to camouflage the shadow, and some long poles or sticks to get it off the vehicle. Cam nets also trap any breeze that's going, so on a midsummer day in a Middle Eastern desert where it's 55 degrees, provide some relief from the heat. You will also get the distinctive cam net smell as a bonus when you buy one. Also, ensure it is dried out before storing it at home. There used to be a nasty rumour in the British Army that stacks of wet cam nets spontaneously combust if left in that state...
