Austrian Rubber Boots, Surplus

Hurry up, purchase these quickly before the Finns take all! These Austrian rubber boots are ye olde standard type and made well, unlike most wellies today.

We Finns have a special relationship with rubber boots, wellingtons, or wellies. We love them so much our armed forces actually field them in active use. Both winter and summer models. We would love to go on about Finnish rubber boots, but let's focus on these Austrian ones instead.

Features

These are standard height, standard width, bog-standard everything, no-frills rubber boots. Probably used for NBC stuff and work. There's a light lining inside. The total height of the boot may vary slightly depending on the size.

Care

Wash the dirt off, use a rag if needed. Use shoe polish to- ... oh, never mind.

Size info

The sizes are in the standard EU system, with corresponding Free World sizes next to them. As said, the last is standard width, not overly wide.

Condition

Used Austrian Bundesheer surplus. These are mostly in used condition, but since they haven't been used for mountain climbing, they're in OK shape. If it should happen that your boots aren't waterproof, let us know and we'll exchange them for another pair.

There are a few variations in the models. The differences are quite minor like the tread pattern and manufacturer markings and such. They all serve the same purpose, so we won't pick n' choose. If you're a hardcore rubber boot collector, we would like to hear about your collection.
