Shipping: For delivery within Finland, you can choose between Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, or in-store pickup at our Helsinki store. In-store pickup is always free; other shipping methods start at €3.99. Free shipping on orders over €80.

Returns: 100-day return policy. Returns within Finland are free of charge. You can return your order online or directly at the store. Some products cannot be returned (e.g., food items, opened hygiene products, custom-made items).
