Measurements

In the size menu, you will find the recommended chest circumference of the user. These are designed to fit a wide variety of people, from average-height folks to tall people up to 190 cm (6' 3"). If you're very tall and the sleeve length is important, a bigger size yields more length to the sleeves, and the shoulder seams drop a bit lower.

Note! This product has not been made according to the same size chart as our earlier jackets, so don’t select it based on something you have previously bought from us. Instead, check out the figures for this jacket!

Technical details and instructions

Materials

When trying to find denim clothes, they are nowadays usually pre-washed, bleached, sand-blasted, dragged behind a car, or otherwise fashionably pre-destroyed. Not the case with this jacket! It actually looks like a new denim jacket with an even color. The only treatment these have had is starch removal, and that's it. This means the jackets are also pre-shrunk, so you don't have to worry about that either.

The blue jacket fabric is 79% organic cotton, 20% recycled cotton, and 1% Elastane (weight 420 g/m2/ 12.4 oz/yd).

The black jacket fabric is 79% cotton, 20% organic cotton, and 1% Elastane (weight 455 g/m2/ 13.4 oz).

Elastane gives the jacket some stretch, which is very nice when you want to do more than just look cool.

Made in Estonia

These jackets are made by the Finnish company MASI. All the designing and other "paperwork" is done here in Finland, while the sewing work and finishing washes are made just over the gulf in Estonia, still within the EU.

Description

Need to look like a civilian but operate like a soldier? Here you have a tactical jacket disguised as a regular denim jacket. Low-key looks hide inside better mobility and a plethora of pockets. Decorate it with rivets and trash band logos to further enhance the urban camo effect.

  • Diamond gussets in the armpits and elastic material
  • Fits even folks with broad shoulders
  • Outside 6 pockets, two of them zippered
  • Inside 4 hidden pockets for magazines and other essential items
  • Made in the EU in Estonia

Features

The Tactical Denim Jacket was designed together with a spec op professional, and as the name might suggest, it is more than just a regular denim jacket. The sleeves have underarm diamond gussets, giving you more mobility, and the fabric has some stretch, which improves mobility even further. The cut is designed to fit even the folks with broad shoulders.

You won’t easily run out of cargo space in this one because the jacket has ten pockets: two open side pockets, two buttoned outer breast pockets, as well as two zippered Napoleon pockets for all those small essential items that you don’t want to lose no matter how tough the going gets. There are also four open pockets inside: two very roomy ones, and two smaller ones. The larger ones easily fit long AK magazines, and the smaller ones shorter AR magazines without printing too much. The large one even fitted a Suomi submachine gun drum magazine, but let's just say that that didn't scream covert anymore. If you want to carry pistol magazines, we recommend using some sort of belt clip mag pouch inside the pocket, otherwise the fit is very loose. You can, of course, use the pockets to carry all sorts of other things too, from cell phones to hidden whisky bottles.

There is a button closure in the front and button adjustment on the cuffs. The silver-colored buttons are nickel-free and come with our logo.
